Our feet can often go neglected – try this effective foot stretch to wake up your feet and get some relief!
How to do the Foot Stretch
This is how to do the foot stretch, using a wall:
- Place all five toes up against a skirting board with your heels on the floor
- Drag your toes all the way down to the floor
- If you don’t feel a stretch, or if you want to take it one step further (only if you feel safe and comfortable to do so), keep your toes up against the wall, heels on the floor, and push your hip right up against the wall, and that stretch will extend all the way underneath the sole of your foot and up to your achilles
